Why I Started ProjectToProfit — A Working Professional’s Guide to Financial Growth
After over 12 years in the automotive industry as a mechanical engineer and project manager, I’ve learned how to manage complex systems, lead teams, and deliver results. But when it came to managing my own finances and thinking beyond my salary, I realized I had a lot to learn — and unlearn.
That’s what gave birth to ProjectToProfit.
This blog is my space to document what I’m learning about smart investing, side hustles, tax-saving strategies, and financial planning — all from the lens of a regular Indian working professional. I’m not a finance guru. I don’t have a background in banking or stock trading. But I do know the value of systems, consistency, and practical thinking — the same skills that make you successful at work can also help you win with money.
Why This Blog?
Most professionals like me spend years mastering their job, but rarely focus on how to make money work for them. We invest blindly in insurance-cum-savings plans, rely on random advice for mutual funds, and delay thinking about side income until it’s too late.
I started this blog to change that — for myself, and for others like me.
Whether you’re 30 or 40, it’s not too late to take control of your financial journey.
